PREPARATION:


1. Start by soaking your biscuits in the syrup diluted with water. Arrange biscuits 2-3 in the bottom of each glass. 2. Break your eggs: Separate the whites from the yolks. 3. Beat the egg yolks with sugar in order to whiten. Then add the mascarpone and mix until smooth. Book. 4. In a saucepan, together with the Tagada strawberries 2-3 tablespoons of water. 5. When strawberries melted, add the preparation obtained in the egg and mascarpone mixture. 6. Next, mount the egg whites and add a pinch of salt. Slowly add white to the rest, using a spatula. 7.
